Because they make an awesome plate of fish & chips. The batter is scrumptious and the service is delightful. They used to have a little dining area but now they have a full restaurant. Gibson’s is always packed at supper time and for good reason. Their food tastes great; the fish batter is so tasty, the tartar sauce is just right, the chips or fries are perfect and the food is always served fast.
